DAYOFF Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel good in your DAYOFF pieces. If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or returned without tags may not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at info@dayoff.co.in or call 9811046560 with your order number and the item you want to return. We will share the next steps after reviewing your request.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item sent by DAYOFF.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Sale or promotional items may be eligible for return only if stated on the product page or offer terms.
